Return Policy

We believe in providing you with the best gear possible, at the best price possible… end of story!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your gear, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.  

In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item(s) need to be clean, unworn/unused and have the original tags still attached.  Returns containing dirt, stains, pet hair and/or odors will NOT be accepted.

To start a return, please email us at: GoatGearOutdoors@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return and we'll get back in touch with you and walk you through the process.  In the subject line of the email please put: "RETURN" if it is a return or "EXCHANGE" if it is an exchange, in order to make sure you get the quickest response possible.
